Horsemen Begin Set Up For 2010 Remington Park Season
            
            
                OKLAHOMA CITY – Remington Park’s 2010 American Quarter Horse & Mixed-Breed 
                Season is still a little more than a month away. However, preparations are 
                underway for many horsemen as they arrived this morning to ready their 
                operations.
            
                Today is the first day that the Remington Park stable area became available to 
                trainers and their assistants so they could begin moving in the needed equipment 
                and supplies for the upcoming season. Multiple Remington Park stakes-winning 
                trainers Eddie Willis and Sparky Mullins, were among the many horsemen arriving 
                to organize their barns. The prep work will continue through the end of January.
            
                The first day horses will be permitted on the grounds will be a week from today 
                on Monday, Feb. 1. Morning workouts get underway on Feb. 2 with the first night 
                of live racing on Friday, March 5. The meeting runs for 50 racing dates through 
                Memorial Day on May 31.
            
                Remington Park is a Top 3 North American Racetrack according to
