RA-030. Horse Ownership

1. OWNERSHIP. Horses entered in races shall be entered under the ownership of the record owner as shown on the registration certificate.
2.  CLAIMING. For information on transferring horses claimed in claiming races (See Rule RG-135. N.)
3. LEASES. Horses racing under lease arrangements will be carried under the ownership of the lessee, providing the lease has been previously filed and recorded with APHA.
